Arvind Kejriwal, the current Chief Minister of Delhi, has announced his intention to resign within the next 15 days. He has stated that he will not return to the position until he has the mandate of the people. Kejriwal has also requested that elections be held in November, concurrently with Maharashtra. He has confirmed that there will be no dissolution of the Delhi Assembly and a new Chief Minister will be named by party leaders within the next 48 hours.
