Ask China Expats: Colombian vlogger shares China's people-centered development philosophy

In this video, Fernando Munoz Bernal, a Colombian vlogger who has lived in China for 23 years, answers a Kenyan journalist's question about life in China. Fernando described his personal experience in China from several perspectives. In terms of transportation in China, he believes that the 45,000 kilometers of high-speed rail lines have provided incredible opportunities for local people.
