Asking rents jump 8.6% to hit record high in Canada: Urbanation
The average rental asking price in Canada jumped 8.6% in the last year, that's according to a Rentals.ca and Urbanation report. Shaun Hildebrand, President, Urbanation says that relief is on the horizon, as the economy slows he expects rent growth to cool back towards 5 per cent growth as well.
