Associate Professor Chia Ngee Choon on supporting senior workers

The labour movement is calling for a platform that allows seniors to take up part-time or temporary jobs in their neighbourhood, amid concerns of an ageing workforce. Senior Minister of State for Manpower Koh Poh Koon says the Government, companies and workers need to work closely together to cater to the aspirations of a more educated silver workforce.
