Association of Judges and Magistrates issue various safety measures to protect court employees

The Association of Judges and Magistrates has issued various safety measures to protect court employees. The measures include suspending court services from June 19th to 21st countrywide, banning cases in unauthorized rooms, and implementing strict screening procedures for individuals entering court premises. In addition, court activities may be further halted next week following an order from the chief justice to suspend operations starting June 18th, in honor of magistrate Monica Kivuti, who was killed in the line of duty.
