At least 13 dead in Israeli strike near Beirut's biggest hospital

At least 13 have died and 57 were wounded in an Israeli raid on the outskirts of Rafik Hariri Hospital in the southern suburbs of Beirut, Lebanon, according to the Lebanese health ministry. The strike appeared to hit the car park of the hospital, which was among 13 air strikes that hit southern Beirut on the evening of October 21.
