Attack at Turkish aviation site leaves 4 dead, 14 injured, officials say

Four people were killed and 14 others were wounded in an attack at the Turkish Aerospace Industries’ (TUSAS) headquarters Wednesday, the government said, after witnesses reported hearing gunfire and a loud explosion at the site in Ankara. Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said two of the attackers were killed in what he said was being investigated as a terror attack. Turkey’s president Recep Tayyip Erdogan also called it a terrorist attack. Yerlikaya said three of the injured are in critical condition. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
