ATTEMPTED MURDER OF PRINCIPLE JUDGE' CASE: PROSECUTION DISCLOSED TO DEFENSE EVIDENCE

Prosecution has disclosed to defend seven files containing evidence it will rely on during the trial, where nine people are accused of attempted murder of Principle Judge Dr. Flavian Nzeija, and belonging to ADF. Prosecution disclosed this during the pre-trial hearing of the case the case before Judge Alice Komuhangi Khaukha.
