Australia faces ‘big problems’ with Labor’s renewables-only approach

Sky News contributor Sam Crosby claims a renewables-only approach in Australia is “crazy”. His remarks come as the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) forecasts a risk of blackouts on electricity grids in NSW starting from Tuesday, as a heatwave is set to hit most of the state. “A core promise of this had to of been you can keep your lights on,” Mr Crosby said. “When you can’t deliver on that promise, you’ve got big problems.”
