Australia falling behind in work-life balance

Nomadic Breeze Founder Amanda Doueihi has revealed Australia’s work-life balancing is slipping. Ms Doueihi revealed the findings from a survey conducted by a new leading software research site Capterra. “Over the past number of years Australian work culture has been placing less emphasis on work-life balance compared to other countries,” Ms Doueihi told Sky News Australia. “And also compared to what we once knew. “We’ve been obsessed with this outward productivity, and we are seeing an increase in burnout as a result.”
