Security Expert Lincoln Parker says Australia is “not capable” of defending itself under this government. This comes amid the recent defence summit in Canberra, where former Labor leader Kim Beazley warned that Australia can’t defend itself without the US. “It fits into the narrative,” Mr Parker told Sky News host Erin Molan. “He said Australia can no longer defend itself and that should be alarming to every Australian. “We have a massive continent and we are not capable of defending ourselves. “What is the prime minister and the Labor party doing – well they’re gutting defence.”
