Australia-US alliance to remain unshaken regardless of Australia’s next PM

United States Studies Centre Director of Research Jared Mondschein claims the alliance between Australia and the US will remain strong regardless of who is elected as Australia’s next prime minister. “It really doesn’t matter all that much who the prime minister is because structurally, the US will be committed to working with Australia regardless of who the prime minister is,” Mr Mondschein said. “The US-Australia alliance is far bigger than any one prime minister or any one president.”
