Autism Association grateful for Budget boost

The Autism Association of Barbados is thanking Government for the boost given to autism in the recent Budget presentation. In an interview with CBC, Public Relations Officer Nadia Simmons says the funding will assist many parents with much needed bursaries. Tonight is a special one for the Association as they will be lighting up the Parliament buildings to mark today, International Autism Day, to help build awareness of those on the spectrum.
