Azerbaijan Airlines crash: Russia under scrutiny as evidence suggests link

The federal government now says it is deeply concerned by recent reports that Russian forces may have fired a missile and caused that deadly Christmas Day crash landing of an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane in Kazakhstan.
