Azimio leader blasts Kenya Kwanza legislators

ODM leader Raila Odinga has castigated Kenya Kwanza legislators for making an about-turn on the finance ACT 2023 which saw an increase in taxation and consequently a rise in the cost of living. Odinga terms their lamentations as hypocrisy as he was called out when he voiced his dissent on the act and cautioned them against backing the punitive ACT. The former premier further maintains that Azimio must ratify the names of picked IEBC commissioners as agreed through the NADCO recommendations. Indications of an eminent split in the Azimio coalition were evident during the ODM recruitment drive where the party told off Azimio affiliates over plans to replace Odinga even before his AUC bid matures terming them as “wolves''
