BAEH ready to accommodate homeless ahead of Hurricane Beryl
Members of the homeless community are being encouraged to seek shelter as Hurricane Beryl approaches. The advice from President of the Barbados Alliance to End Homelessness, Kemar Saffrey. He is also urging members of the public to direct homeless people they encounter to the nearest shelter. Mr. Saffrey says his shelter in Spry Street, the City has capacity for up to 90 people. He says they are ready to accommodate homeless people.
