Patuloy ang pagtaas ng baha sa ilang bahagi ng Catarman sa Northern Samar ngayong Lunes dahil sa patuloy na pag-ulan na dala ng shear line at trough ni tropical depression Romina. Sa video ni Richard Castro, residente ng Barangay Cal-igang, Catarman, Northern Samar, makikita ang lagpas tao na baha sa lugar habang ang ibang residente ay nakakapit sa bubong ng bahay. “Nandito lang kami sa bahay, evacuate kami mamaya kapag bumaba,” aniya sa panayam sa TeleRadyo Serbisyo. Ayon sa pinakahuling ulat ng PAGASA, inaasahan ang malakas na pag-ulan (100-200 mm), sa Northern Samar ngayong araw dahil sa shear line at Romina.
