Bajans encouraged to invest in long term assets

Barbadians are being encouraged to invest in long-term assets to help secure their financial future. This advice is coming from Chief Investment Officer at Fortress Fund, Peter Arender, who says when people invest in long-term assets their money has a greater chance of growing and helping them to outrun the effects of inflation. Mr. Arender was speaking during the Fortress Lunch and learn virtual session. Mr. Arender says while some people see investment as a risk, it is a risk worth taking.
