Bajans experimenting with new substances

Barbadians have been diversifying their drug habits and experimenting with new substances over the past five years. Deputy Manager of the National Council on Substance Abuse Troy Wickham spoke on the topic during Mornin' Barbados. Mr. Wickham also provided an update on the synthetic weed that was making the rounds last year.
