Balaam in Norway - Uganda Cranes in Oslo for European tournament

The Youth and Children Affairs Minister, Balaam Barugahara, is currently in Norway where he is representing Kaguta Museveni at the Uganda Cranes European tournament in Oslo. He has been impressed by efforts to promote unity among Ugandans, especially those living in the diaspora. During the three-day tour of duty, Balaam will launch the issuance of passports and national IDs to Ugandans living abroad.
