Barbadians excelling globally

As the island prepares to mark its 58th anniversary of Independence, a Barbadian diplomat says countries across the globe have benefitted immensely from the expertise of its nationals. Deputy High Commissioner to the UK, Mackie Holder acknowledged the journey made by the country and its leadership over the years. He notes the island's image is strong due to the work of its citizens, who he says excell everywhere. His remarks came during a service to mark Barbados' 58th anniversary of Independence & 3rd anniversary as a Republic at the New Testament Church of God Handsworth in Birmingham.
