Barbados awaiting Haiti clearance

Barbados is awaiting a clear signal from the newly selected Transitional Council in Haiti to join forces with other CARICOM states to send troops into that country. The nine-member Transitional Council to help free the nation from violent gangs and guide the country to full democracy, was empanelled last Thursday. Stacey Russell has more.
