Barbados represented at Canadian Junior Open

A contingent of 12 junior Barbados squash players will compete in this weekend's Canadian Junior Open. Dubbed the most prestigious international junior squash tournament, held annually in Canada, the young players will compete from the Under-11 to Under-19 divisions. Among them will be players from the Uplands Squash Club, and when CBC Sports caught up with them before their departure from the Grantley Adams International Airport, Coach Lilianna White said they expect the competition to be of a very high standard. The Canadian Junior Squash Open serves off today and runs through to Tuesday.
