Barbados working to boost ties with St. Lucia

Ambassador to CARICOM David Comissiong, who is the island's Non-Resident High Commissioner to St. Lucia, was recently in Castries where he presented his Letter of Credence to Governor General, Sir Errol Charles. Several meetings were also held between Ambassador Commisiong and government and opposition officials. Mr. Comissiong says there are a number of areas in which Barbados and St. Lucia can collaborate. He adds St. Lucia, along with countries of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States, are important to Barbados for trade.
