Barbados working towards developing AI tech

Minister of Industry, Innovation, Science and Technology, Marsha Caddle says Barbados intends to develop artificial intelligence or AI technology, allowing young people to find different types of jobs. Ms. Caddle says the island is at the very beginning with AI, adding there are plans to set up a Centre for AI Innovation and Governance. She was speaking during last evening's Parish Speaks held at the Frederick Smith Secondary School.
