‘Barnacles have been removed’: Albanese government replace Giles and O’Neil

The Albanese Labor government has “removed some barnacles” in preparation for a possible early election, says former speaker of the House Bronwyn Bishop. “They have got rid of O’Neil and Giles,” she told Sky News host Paul Murray. “Tony Burke has been put in a position to sort of warm up the Muslim vote movement. “So barnacles have been removed.”
