Basketball star Stephen Curry said on Thursday (July 25) he wanted to give Vice President Kamala Harris all his support back ahead of her expected formal nomination as candidate to the U.S presidency. The U.S. guard told reporters in Paris three days before his Olympics debut that the United States is set to face a ‘monumental couple of months’ and that he is 'excited for the journey ahead of her'. Harris has swiftly consolidated her party’s support after Biden dropped out of the race and endorsed her as his replacement over the weekend. Her campaign said that by Monday (July 23) night she had secured support from the majority of delegates who at next month's party convention will determine the nominee. Biden praised Harris as a strong leader who would make an effective president.
