Battle for talent intensifies in Malaysia’s booming semiconductor industry
The sixth-largest semiconductor exporter in the world is facing a talent shortage. Malaysia’s government says the industry needs 50,000 skilled engineers, but local universities are producing only about 5,000 a year.
