The BBC has announced plans to cut 500 jobs in total by March 2026 in an effort to save money despite spending £80 million on a new diversity drive. Commentator Jason Morrison and the Australian’s National Affairs Editor Joe Kelly joins Sky News host James Macpherson to discuss BBC's decision to cut jobs. “They can't afford to pay 500 staff who they're letting go, but they can afford to spend £80 million a year on diversity programs. You know, the stuff that really matters, £80 million a year.”
