BC family outraged after suspect involved in violent attack on their son walks free

Tensions are high for a Penticton, B.C. family after the suspect accused in a violent attack against their son walks free. Twenty-eight-year-old Vincent Florence was attacked outside of Barley Mill liquor store in Penticton on Dec. 22. Two weeks after the incident, the victim's father, Steven Zeiler, watched the unprovoked attack through surveillance video. "What I saw was my son basically turning around when he was at the cash registers and getting basically sucker punched in the face and falling, hitting his head," Zeilier said. As Global's Victoria Femia reports, the attack left Vincent Florence with over 40 staples along and the family is outraged the suspect has been released from jail.
