Tracy Sims says she always knew her daughter's death wasn't an accident, and now she has the evidence to back it up. Samantha Krysia Sims-Somerville died on April 10, 2021. The 18-year-old Vancouver Island teen's death was initially ruled an accident, but now, it has been ruled a homicide.
