BELA Bill | Trade union believes bill is an attack on Afrikaans

Basic Education Minister, Siviwe Gwarube, will request the President to send the Bela Bill back to Parliament. But, she says it remains the President's prerogative. One of the group's contesting changes to education laws is trade union, Solidarity.
