Belgorod fatal plane crash: UN Security Council cannot verify circumstances

The UN Security Council has convened an emergency meeting, over a Russian military plane that was shot down near the border with Ukraine on Wednesday. Moscow is accusing Kyiv of downing the plane that was transporting Ukrainian prisoners of war. But Ukraine has requested more evidence.
