Belville residents cry foul over sewage leak

Residents of Bellville, in Cape Town are fuming following a sewage pipe collapse more than a week ago. The collapse has caused an unbearable stench with sewage water flowing into the street and some homes. And at least one house has a pool filled with sewage.
