BHTA President On BPL Rate Hike Bahamas Hotel & Tourism Association President Robert Sands says during a meeting with Energy Minister JoBeth Coleby Davis, they were advised that their BPL rates would be ‘slightly increased’. However, he is expecting that those rates will be ‘mitigated’ by the government’s equity rate adjustment.
