President Joe Biden pointed to his soon-to-end administration’s efforts on global hunger and poverty at Monday’s summit of Group of 20 global leaders, and urged his counterparts there to increased effort easing those ills as well as resolving wars in Ukraine, Gaza and Sudan. Seated between leaders of France and India at a long oval table, Biden cited U.S. efforts on hunger and poverty in his soon-to-end four years in office, saying he had put $160 billion into global development.
