Biden waits in line and votes in Delaware

President Joe Biden cast his ballot in New Castle, Delaware. The president arrived to the polling station near his home with a full entourage of aides, members of the US Secret Service and the traveling press. But as he stood in line with other voters for nearly 40 minutes before walking inside the polling place to cast his ballot, he was just another citizen. #CNN #News
