The two-day Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit kicks off on Friday (Nov 15) in Peru, where world leaders will bid farewell to United States President Joe Biden and chart the way forward. Biden is expected to meet his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping for the last time under a cloud of diplomatic uncertainty cast by Donald Trump's election victory.
