Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council conducts internal review after top rating miss

The Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council (BTP-TC) missed out on a top rating in the latest corporate governance report, which saw all other town councils earning a top green rating. The estate management report, released by the Ministry of National Development, placed BTP-TC in the "amber" band for the financial year ending March 2024. This is after three cases of non-compliance. BTP-TC has since conducted an internal review to address the issues. Eugene Chow reports.
