Plus, Henderson learns about the new "Healthy and Resilient Communities" program created by Authority Health in partnership with Papa Joe's Gourmet Market. He talks with Authority Health President & CEO Loretta Bush and Papa Joe's Marketing Director Hannah Harris about the initiative, which places healthy, fresh and affordable "grab-and-go" meals in convenience stores, gas stations and dollar stores in Detroit.
