BLIND WELFARE ASSOCIATION PUSHES ISLANDWIDE REGISTRATION FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED

The St. Lucia Blind Welfare Association is working to register every blind and visually impaired person on the island through its ongoing mapping and registration project.
