Bloc leader says prorogation would not stop party pension motion priority

Bloc has said the federal government must move forward on pension legislation by Oct. 29 or risk an early election. On Wednesday, BQ Leader Yves-François Blanchet said that prorogation would not stop his party from prioritizing its proposed bill.
