BNA continuing to empower nurses in 2025

The Barbados Nurses Association (BNA) will continue to advocate for improved working conditions and other opportunities for healthcare workers. That is according to President, Dr Fay Parris, who says the BNA also intends to launch a country-wide wellness initiative and establish a mentorship programme for junior nurses. She spoke about the plans during the BNA's New Year's message. She adds that through collaborative efforts, nursing standards in Barbados can be elevated, ensuring support, respect and a brighter future for nurses.
