Bosnia political tensions: Fears rise of a return to conflict
Tension is high in Bosnia and Herzegovina after challenges launched by Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik to the country's constitution, established under the Dayton Peace Accords. The agreement ended the Bosnian war in 1995 and established a system of ethnic quotas within many levels of government. Now there are fears of a return to conflict.
