Botswana electoral body slammed for Zimbabwe visit

Zimbabwe human rights activists and political analysts have described a visit by the Independent Electoral Commission of Botswana to benchmark elections as shocking. An electoral body delegation was in Zimbabwe last week to learn from their Electoral Commission operations. Botswana will hold elections later this year. eNCA reporter Pindai Dube has more.
