Boy Scouts Association commemorates anniversary

As the Barbados Boy Scouts Association commemorated its 113th anniversary they held a parade in honour of the milestone. Commander of the Barbados Cadet Corps, David Dowridge, delivered remarks during the special event at the Botanic Gardens this morning. We will have more from the ceremony in a future broadcast.
