Boyle Heights family loses decades old home and loved one after devastating fire

Shortly after losing a loved one, the Flores-Briseno family was met with another devastating piece of information. The family’s house of 60 years in Boyle Heights caught fire around 4:30 a.m. last week. Five people were found inside the house, one losing her life and another fighting to survive.
