bpTT Successfully Completes Infrastructure Upgrade Project

bp Trinidad and Tobago has successfully completed its fifth critical infrastructure upgrade project over the span of six years. This project has seen the replacement of 13 kilometres of six-inch diameter pipeline along the existing pipeline corridor between the Beachfield gas receiving facility and the Terminal at Galeota Point. To cement the milestone, first hydrocarbon between both facilities were transported for processing, marking the successful integration of the new infrastructure into the existing operations. According to the President of bpTT, David Campbell, this asset integrity project was essential to be able to safely provide gas to meet bpTT's existing contractual obligations and prepares the companies operations for the next wave of gas developments.
