Branch disbandment on the cards as ANC goes on a witch hunt

Some ANC branches will be disbanded, but only after an NEC meeting on the state of the organisation in early September. The ANC lost the May elections dismally and now it's leaders are on a fact finding mission to try and do some damage control before the local government elections in two years.
