Inihayag ng Land Transportation Office na sa panahon pa ng mga nakaraang administrasyon nabili ang breath analyzer units na hindi naman nagagamit dahil depektibo. Ayon sa LTO, pag-aaralan nila kung may naging lapses sa pagkuha nito at kung may dapat managot sa mga dating opisyal ng gobyerno.
